How to make $100 a day with Reddit [An easy, repeatable and scaleable method]

Hey guys, I love reading this part of the forum. I mostly never try any of the methods but still enjoy reading and seeing what people come up with. It's time for me to give back.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONThis method works, but the part about making $100 a day is somewhat based on theory (somewhat, you could potentially earn a lot more or a lot less). Hear me out and you'll find out why.

The best day I had with this method I made around $150. Work time was about 2 hours (I'm a slow writer). This method is based mostly around that day, if I can make more than $100 in a day, surely I can repeat the process right? I tried this method a couple of other times, most of the time I made around $50 or so, but if you scale it properly you can surely make a lot more than $100.

This method is not passive, you need to do your work or outsource it. When you stop submitting articles the money will stop rolling in.

The method in shortSo how do you make money with Reddit? To put it simply, you submit news articles and monetize them.

The method in detail

Step 1: Grab your own domain and hosting
The first step to making $$$ with Reddit is to have your own website. Free web 2.0s COULD work, but I recommend using your own domain and hosting. Why? Some subreddits have banned certain web 2.0s, I know that some subreddits have banned blogspot.com domains for example. Make sure to use a reliable host, don't want your website to go down due to the Reddit hug of death (the hug of death is when a shit ton of Redditors visit your website).

Don't choose a name that's niche based, this will limit you in the long run.

Step 2: Install Wordpress and a magazine theme

Install Wordpress and grab a fancy magazine theme style. This theme needs to load quickly and it needs to be easy to navigate. Make sure to add social share buttons which are VISIBLE, Redditors share articles they like.

Step 3: Fill the site with some content
We're not going to rely on SEO for this, so if you're lazy you can just copy articles from other websites and spin them. We just need to some content to make the website look legit. I recommend around 10 articles, that way it doesn't look to empty and it doesn't take too much time.

Step 4: Monetize it
There are many and plenty of ways to monetize a website. I used AdSense and amazon affiliate links (more on how to use them in step 6). For AdSense ads, I recommend putting a banner at the top, in the middle and at the bottom of each article.

Step 5: Create or buy an aged Reddit account

You don't really need to have an aged account on Reddit, the majority of people don't give a shit about your account. But it's nice to have when the minority comes and accuses you of spam. (Trust me, I've been accused loads of times by several people but I have gotten away with it because I had an aged account with loads of different links).

Make sure to be active with this account, share links to different websites, comment etc, engage with the community! Don't link your own website yet!

Step 6: Join an upvote group
When you have put up all the articles on your website, made a lot of comments and submitted links, it's time to prepare to post your own website. Join a reddit upvote group, there are plenty of these groups on here. You can add me on Skype if you want to and I'll add you to the groups I'm part off.

NOTE: If you join an upvote group make sure that you upvote other peoples links as well, otherwise you will be kicked. Make it a habit to upvote every submission in each group daily.

Step 6: 'Writing' an article for Reddit
It's time to start banking some money. By now you should have your website set up, filled it with some content, created/bought a Reddit account and posted loads with it and also joined an upvote group. All in all, you're ready to pull the trigger.

We need fresh news for Reddit, luckily for us there are plenty of authority websites out there that publish fresh news daily. Head over to one of these sites and see if you can find anything useful. If you can't find anything, try Google news.

Copy the article and rewrite it in your own words. Don't spin articles that you will post to Reddit as Redditors will pick this up and call you out on it. Word count can be anything from 300-800 words, it all depends on what you're writing about, technology articles tend to be longer, while world news tend to be shorter. Make sure to include pictures and videos, Redditors love that shit. It's also in this part that you will add your affiliate links, it's easier to add in aff links if you're writing about products but if you get creative you can probably get them in any kind of article.

Say I was writing about an upcoming smartphone, I would link to the current version through Amazon affiliate links. Most likely the people will not buy the phone, but they'll get the cookie in their browser, this is exactly what we want. I never included more than 1 aff link but you could always experiment and see what works for you.

Step 7: Submitting it
Post the article to your subreddit of choice, submit your post to the upvote group directly after and have it boosted. Please note that the upvote group will NOT get you to the front page of Reddit, it's just a small boost out of the "new" section.

Timing is really important here, you're better off posting when the Americans are sleeping since there's a lot less competition.

That's it, if hopefully you will get enough attention and reach the front page of your subreddit or even the Reddit front page. Let me know if you have any questions. Sorry if anything's unclear, I have a big ass cold and have trouble thinking completely straight.

Tips & Tricks & Advice:
Good subreddits to post in:
Gadgets (Easiest of them all, it's all about products which makes it super easy to link to products)
Technology
News
Worldnews

You can scale it up in different ways, either create more websites that are centered around a certain niche, or just go with one site that covers almost everything (I recommend doing this, it's convenient being able to write about sports, entertainment, worldnews, tech etc from one site).

Make sure to create several accounts to avoid being shadowbanned/banned. Check if you're shadowbanned herehttps://www.reddit.com/r/shadowban

Out of every 10 post you make, only 1 should go back to your website. This means 10% of your posting history should go to your own websites, this ratio is recommended by Reddit admins.
Make sure to use proper english and grammar, if there's anything Reddit hates it is poor grammar.

Long titles that are written like sentences perform the be

I participated in one of the biggest Magic: the Gathering tournaments of all time this weekend. In an effort to document it, I posed for pictures near people with exposed asscracks. I present to you Grand Prix Richmond Crackstyle.
